The Nepali Way
114 Days Crossing Nepal Without a Map
The Nepali Way
114 Days Crossing Nepal Without a Map
This book began as a walk - 114 days crossing Nepal, from west to east, without a map.
But it became something more.
What started as a journey through landscapes quickly became a journey through people; their lives, their homes, and their quiet generosity along the way. Moving slowly, day after day, I came to rely not on maps, but on conversations, direction given in passing, and the willingness of strangers to help.
The walk changed how I saw Nepal.
It also changed everything that followed.
The Nepali Way is both a record of that crossing and an attempt to capture what stayed with me long after it ended - through photographs, daily notes, and the moments that defined the journey.
